This is one of my parents cats. A cast out mongrel from across the road, with bad teeth, he sat forlornly outside his previous owners house, unable to understand why they simply didn’t want him anymore. He is very sweet, even though he smells kinda funny and dribbles constantly, and eventually my parents other cat, Tom, another stray, deigned him to share the ridiculously warm faux fireplace in my parents living room. Nowadays he’s kinda relegated to furniture status, after another two cats, both strays, have also taken up residence. It’s pretty incredible to me; I always thought my Father ~hated~ cats.

Anyway, he’s called Mincer, for politically incorrect reasons. He walks funny.

Blaise Woods: the only city park where I’ve ever managed to get thoroughly, almost nervously, lost in the woods during broad daylight. It was pretty obvious that if I kept on going downhill then eventually I had to find the path again. It really wasn’t that big after all. Only, downhill seemed to be such a long way and when I stopped for a few seconds to try and hear where the traffic was coming from, I couldn’t hear a thing.

It was ~fantastic~.

I have no idea why I like this one…….

I am loving these colour prints. They do all look ~so~ 1970′s. The grain is fantastic.

I was in the supermarket picking up some shots this afternoon. The woman showed me the first print, to see whether they were mine and whether I was satisfied with the development.

‘Yeah. It’s a pigeon. It’s mine.‘

She laughed, ‘I get films like that too! I took a whole bunch of photos of the ground the other day by complete mistake!‘

Wait, I thought, I do that on ~purpose~.
